1)  The author/organization grants AAS permission to publish the paper.

2)  The paper will appear in a bound proceedings, and the collection will be copyrighted by AAS.

3)  The author/organization retains copyright for the individual paper (author/organization is free to republish/redistribute their paper as they wish).
 

If the author/organization wishes to document its copyright, the following footnote on the first page of the paper should suffice:

"Copyright (c) 2012 by Company or Author. This paper is released for publication to the American Astronautical Society in all forms."
