Beaver Run Receiving and Shipping
The Receiving and Shipping Department is located on the street
level in the rear of the conference center building and can be
reached at (303) 453-8741. Package pick-up is between Monday- Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Shipping and receiving is available with the following companies:
United Parcel Service
Federal Express/Airborne Express
Yellow Freight (800) 992-3476
RAC (303) 289-5500
Shipping address should be as follows:

The following is a summary of requirements and costs associated
with incoming (to Breckenridge) and outgoing (from Breckenridge)
package delivery:

taken to the Shipping Department

Delivery to guest rooms:
< 50 lbs: $2.00 per package
50 - 200 lbs $25.00 per hour ($10.00 min)

boxes over 50 lbs, notify the Shipping Department 3 days
prior to arrival. |
Any boxes left without instructions
will be shipped C.O.D. with applicable handling charges
charged to guest room account. |
